I hope everyone had a good holiday, whether it was Christmas or one of the many other ones celebrated this time of year. My wonderful husband spoiled me pretty well, got lots of wonderful things. The best [and most relevant] are a number of crafty and artsy items: 72A Copic Ciao marker set, a box of washi tape in light and dark colors, a big ball of jersey fabric yarn [in purple!], a cartridge for my Cricut paper cutter, and a set of three lenses for my iPhone camera

I really want to focus on being creative in 2012, so I've decided to follow The Artist's Way book [that my husband bought me awhile back for my eReader], to try and free myself up some. I'll be starting a visual/art journal, plus doing the exercises in the book, which means I should have a lot of new stuff to show off in the coming weeks and months. I do have a separate art dA, but I'm not sure if I'll use that or just mash everything onto this one.

On top of that, I'm going to be working hard at developing and expanding my craft blog, so if you haven't visited it, you should [if you're into that sort of thing.]
